This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Cr.No.24 of 2023 on the file of first respondent police. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that in this case, after completion of investigation final report has already been filed before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate and the same has been numbered as CC No.1317 of 2024. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3.Since this petition is filed to quash the FIR, now the first respondent police, after completion of investigation filed final report before the concerned Court and as per FIR there are some allegations to constitute the offence, it is for the petitioners to challenge the final report, in the manner known to law, if they are aggrieved.
