ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and Section 4 of TNPWH Act, in Crime No.232 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners attacked the defacto complainant and and also pulled her sister, while the defacto complainant questioned the standing of the petitioners nearby his house.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and their names have been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submitted that due to wordy quarrel the petitioners attacked the defacto complainant, but no one is injured in the incident. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that no one is injured, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with the following condition. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kovilpatti, within a period of 10 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, and on their executing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10 a.m. until further orders.
