She would further submit that investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed in P.R.C.No.18 of 2008 and the same has been taken on file in S.C.No.42 of 2016 by the Additional District Sessions Court, Paramakudi. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed. This petition is ordered, accordingly.
