ORDER
This petition has filed for a direction to the respondents to execute the warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Dindigul in C.C.No.99 of 2016, within a time frame. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the 2nd respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the first respondent is not residing in the given address, hence they are not able execute the warrant.
