KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- Perusal of records shows that subsequent to the order of this Court dated 19.09.2023, the parties appeared before the respondent on 21.10.2023 and articles were also exchanged between them. However, it is disputed by the complainant stating that only a portion of the articles were returned and remaining articles were not. In respect of the remaining articles they will approach the concerned Court.

2. In view of the above said statement given by the complainant and her father, they have to work out remedy through appropriate proceedings elsewhere and not before this Court. I find no reason to entertain this petition.

3. With the above said observation, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.
