PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to transfer the investigation pending in Cr.No.24 of 2015 on the file of the third respondent police to CBCID or any other independent agency.

ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking transfer of investigation in Cr.No.24 of 2015 from the file of the third respondent police to CBCID or any other independent agency.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents.
3. Earlier, notice was ordered to the petitioner. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation in the case in Crime No.24 of 2015 has been completed and a negative https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
final report has also been filed by the third respondent police before the concerned Magistrate dropping further action as the dispute among the parties is civil in nature.
4. In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and also in view of the fact that the final report has been filed before the concerned Magistrate, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, if at all the petitioner has any grievance, it is always open to him to redress the same in an appropriate proceedings in the manner known to law.
