O R D E R

Seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members based on the complaint dated 03.04.2017, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent has admitted that the representation dated 03.04.2017 was given by the petitioner, before the second respondent and the second respondent is ready to consider the said representation in accordance with law.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation given by the petitioner, dated 03.04.2017 on merits and in accordance with law and give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
