ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard both sides.

2.The petitioners were arrested on 25.04.2018 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC r/w. Section 3 of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.64 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

3.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous motive, the petitioners and other accused restrained the defacto complainant and attacked him, thereby caused injuries to the defacto complainant.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there are two previous cases, each, pending against the petitioners. Therefore, he opposed to grant bail to the petitioners. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the period of incarceration of the first petitioner, I am of the view that the first petitioner could be enlarged on bail. Accordingly, it is ordered that the first petitioner shall be released on bail, on executing a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court, Muthukulathur, Ramanathapuram District and on further condition that the first petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
