2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that initially 107 Cr.P.C. proceedings were initiated against the grandson of the petitioner namely Jerin, since he was involved in previous cases. On that ground the third respondent went to the house of the petitioner to serve summons to him. Except that this petitioner was not summoned for any enquiry. 3.No trouble has been made to the petitioner. Simply visiting the house of the petitioner for serving summons to his grandson may not be construed as harassment. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) this criminal original petition is disposed of as unnecessary.
