ORDER

This writ petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.07.2024

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, during the pendency of the writ petition, the respondents removed the garbage. However, while doing so, they caused unevenness in the land.

3. Taking note of the above, the petitioner is permitted to level the unevenness in the land at his own expense.

4. With these observations, this writ petition is closed. No Costs.
