ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner, who was remanded to judicial custody on 03.08.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 120, 341, 302, 506(ii) of I.P.C, in Cr.No.40 of 2014 on the file of respondent police in S.C.No.110 of 2014 Additional District and Sessions Court, Pudukkottai, seeks bail.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to absence of the petitioner on the hearing dates, non-bailable warrant was issued against the petitioner.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a
