To Admit this Revision on file, to call for the records from the Lower Courts and set aside the Judgment of the Appellate Court passed by the Learned Additional District and Sessions Court(Fast Track), Nagercoil in Crl.A.No.73 of 2017 dt.2.9.2022 confirming the Judgment in STC.No.258 of 2014 dated 05.05.2017 on the file of the Learned Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level) No.I, Nagercoil by allowing this Revision.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.WINS.T, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The above petition has been filed seeking extension of time for paying the cost amount of Rs.15,000/- (5% of the agreed amount) to the High Court Legal Service Authority as ordered by this Court dated 25.01.2023.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned, time was extended by 30.03.2023.
