Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents from 1 to 3, to Count the half of the service rendered by the petitioner as a social forestry worker from 01.06.1980 to 06.08.2009 along with the regular service as plot Watcher from 07.08.2009 to 31.07.11 as a qualifying service and send the revised pension proposal to the 4th Respondent and to further direct the 4th Respondent to sanction the eligible pension and all other terminal benefits to the petitioner and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court.

JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.SUDHAKAR,J) When the matter came up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the order of the learned single Judge dated 20.01.2014 passed in W.P(MD)Nos.14160, 14161 and 14163 of 2013 has been complied with and produced G.O.(3D)No.31 Environment and Forests (FR2) Department, dated 01.09.2015 to that effect.

2.Recording the said submission, the writ appeals are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, M.P(MD)Nos.2 and 3 of 2015 are closed.
