PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the second respondent made in Na.Ka.NO.1285/E/19, dated 30.04.2020 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the third respondent to allow the petitioner to indulge in fishing activities in Nilayoor Kanmoi (Tank) For Petitioner : Mr.M.Vivek Kumar For R-1 & R-2 : Mrs.S.Srimathy Special Government Pleader

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner questions the order dated 30.04.2020 passed by the second respondent permitting the third respondent to fish in the petition mentioned tank.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 based on instructions pointed out that the impugned order worked itself out by 30 June 2020. There is no question of extension of the said order. The second respondent will have to take fresh steps https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD).No.6627 of 2020 as regards the grant of license or lease to fish in the petition mentioned tank. Since the writ petitioner has filed this Writ Petition, the second respondent is directed to intimate the petitioner about any future decision taken in this regard. 4.With these directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
