This petition has been filed to direct the the respondents to give police protection to this petitioner from the third and fourth respondents in disturbing the petitioner's right of pathway in S.No.451/1 in Veerasigamani Village, in Sankarankovil Taluk, Tirunelveli District by considering the complaint, dated 03.09.2016 in accordance with law.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 03.09.2016 was enquired and the same was closed.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent civil Court.
