This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to initiate proceedings U/s. 133(1)(a) of Cr.P.C against the respondents 5 to 9.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police conducted enquiry and the same was closed on 31.03.2021. 3.In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
