ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner, who was arrested on 11.08.2016 for the offences under Sections 385, 395, 506(ii) of I.P.C in Cr.No.919 of 2012 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to absence of the petitioner on the hearing dates, non-bailable warrant was issued against the petitioner.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner is having two previous cases.
