JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH,J) Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ appeal without prejudice to his right to agitate before the second respondent and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, the writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the appellant to agitate before the second respondent. No costs.
