ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard both sides.

2.The petitioners, who were arrested on 05.02.2018 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 120(B) r/w 302 r/w 109 IPC, in Crime No.76 of 2012 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the non appearance of the petitioners is neither wilful nor wanton.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that since the accused have not complied with the condition imposed while granting bail, Non Bailable Warrant came to be issued. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the period of incarceration of the petitioners, I am of the view that the petitioners could be enlarged on bail.
