To call for the records and set aside the Judgment and Decree dated 17.12.2018 passed in CMA(CS)No.57 of 2010 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil and allow this Civil Revision.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.RAJARAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the Court made the following order:- The above petition has been filed to condone the delay of 162 days in representing the above Civil Revision Petition, filed against the Judgment and Decree made in CMA(C.S).No. 57 of 2018 dated 17.12.2018 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the reasons assigned and also considering the facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to condone the delay in representing the revision, but on terms.

4. This petition will be allowed on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) to the Legal Services Authority attached to the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, on or before 01.07.2021, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.

5. Call on 02.07.2021.
