ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the respondent police not to interfere in the civil dispute and to restrain the 2nd respondent from threatening the petitioner to hand over the possession of the petitioner's property situated at No.1/51-1, Middle Street, Vallampatty Village, Panayadipatti Village, Vembakottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District.

Crl.O.P(MD)No.5995 of 2020 2.It appears that there is a civil dispute between the petitioners and his neighbour one Maheswaran with regard to demarcation of boundary. A complaint was lodged at the instance of the said Maheswaran, who is the son of the seventh respondent and the same was treated as petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.87 of 2020 on the file of the Yelayirampannai Police Station. The same, according to the respondent, was closed with direction to the respective parties to approach the competent authority to measure their land and to fix their boundary.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed as no further order is required to be passed.
