Section 439(1)(b) of Cr.P.C., to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Sivagangai, dated 29.03.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.771 of 2022, directing the petitioner to report and sign before the respondent Police daily twice at 09.00 am and 06.00 pm until further orders.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Sivagangai, in Crl.M.P.No.771 of 2022, dated 29.03.2022, directing the petitioner to appear and sign before the respondent Police Station daily twice at 09.00 am and 06.00 pm until further orders.
2. It is evident from the records that the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Sivagangai, in Crl.M.P.No.771 of 2022, dated 29.03.2022 has granted bail with the above conditions. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to Ramzan festival, the petitioner is under fasting, that she is not in a position to appear before the respondent Police daily twice and hence, she has filed the present petition, seeking modification of the condition.

CRL OP(MD). No.7060 of 2022 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Sivagangai, and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police Station, daily at 10.00 am until further orders and all other conditions imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Sivagangai, shall remain unaltered.
5.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned Court for further relaxation or modification.
