ORDER

Mr.R.Ganaguru, Special Sub Inspector, B5 Law and Order, Sough Gate Police Station, Madurai, is present. On instructions learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that one Geetha Anand has given a complaint against this petitioner to the South Gate Police Station and the same has been transferred to Thilagar Thidal Police Station, Madurai for want of jurisdiction.

2. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to appear before the 3rd respondent police and participate in the enquiry and during enquiry, he shall not be harassed. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
