The learned counsel for the petitioner is present. 2.Mr.K.Anbarasan, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) takes notice for the respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the criminal case is pending in C.C.No.142 of 2016, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Karur, for trial, against the petitioner and four others. It is further stated that charges were framed and trial was commenced, by issuing summons to LW1 to LW3. But, those witnesses were turned up for trial to give evidence. Hence the case is pending without any progress. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent states that the respondent is ready to dispose of the case, within the stipulated time fixed by this court. 5.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and also the reasons assigned by the petitioner in para.7 of the above petition, this court is inclined to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Karur to complete the trial in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

C.C.No.142 of 2016, and dispose it within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report the disposal to the Registry.

6.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
