The present petition is filed to direct the respondent herein not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl. side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly produced the plaint copy filed before learned District Munsif, Dindigul in O.S.No.43 of 2008. The suit is filed by the petitioner herein as plaintiff for declaration and injunction against the respondents. Admittedly, there is no injunction petition filed before the concerned Court for getting interim relief against the private respondent Rajamanickam. If at all any grievance for the petitioner, he has to approach the Civil Court according to law. But without filing any interim petition before the trial Court, the petitioner has rushed to this Court for the relief stated therein, which is not maintainable.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, as not maintainable.
