Mr.Kathiravan, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Colachel Police Station, Kanyakumari District, is present in Court today. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 24.04.2017 to the second respondent by registered post, but, had not turned up for enquiry. However, the third respondent A.Veronika Jacqulin has given a complaint dated 25.03.2017 against the petitioner and the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.170 of 2017.

2. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent and co-operate with the enquiry. The second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on both the complaints and take action in accordance with law.

3. The Criminal Original Petition is closed with the above direction.
