ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking extension of time to comply with the orders of this Court made in Crl.M.P(MD)No.14158 of 2024 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.1398 of 2024, dated 06.02.2025, wherein the petitioner was directed to deposit 75% of the compensation to the credit of C.C.No.299 of 2016 on the file of the Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level,Karur.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is not in a position to arrange the funds within time stipulated and seeks one month time. Hence, the present petition came to be filed seeking extension of time.

3. Considering the reasons assigned and taking note of the submission made by 1/3

the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to extend the time till 21.03.2025.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed. The petitioner is directed to deposit 75% of the compensation amount as directed by this Court, on or before 21.03.2025 to the credit of C.C.No.299 of 2016 on the file of the Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level,Karur.
