ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/ accused , who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 376 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.,not known of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the First Information Report has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.12 of 2021 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 417,506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act.

3.In view of the same, the petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
