ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3. 2.The only request made in the writ petition is for disposing the petition mentioned representation by the first respondent within a time frame. 3.The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent shall put all the interested persons on notice particularly the fourth respondent before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the first respondent to pass order one way or the other. 2/4
