O R D E R

The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the authorities to conduct survey based on petitioner's application dated 22.12.2024.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that despite repeated requests made by the petitioner and compliance with all the requirements of the authorities by furnishing all relevant documents, the respondents have not come forward to conduct survey. Further, at one point of time, neighbour's objection was cited in not conducting survey. However, on 01.03.2025, the neighbour also has given consent application expressing no objection for the survey to be conducted.

3.In view of the above, there can be no impediment for the authorities to go ahead with the survey and pass orders on the petitioner's application dated 22.12.2024. The respondents shall therefore, proceed to conduct the survey based on the petitioner's 2/5

application dated 22.12.2024, within a period of eight [8] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 14.03.2025 Index :Yes / No Internet : Yes / No NCC : Yes/No MR 3/5
