The above petition is filed to order substituted service of notice to the fourth respondent by way of publishing the notice in any one of the daily Newspaper in C.M.A.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. Records perused.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is permitted to effect substituted service for the fourth respondent, by paper publication in any of the English Newspaper having wide circulation in the locality i.e., in Kerala State, indicating the next date of hearing as 27.04.2026. The publication shall be effected on or before 17.04.2026.

4. Post the matter on 27.04.2026.
