ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to file the final report in Crime No.100 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even though F.I.R has been registered in the year 2015, the second respondent did not take any efforts to file the final report. Hence, the petitioner has come up with this petition for the aforesaid prayer.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is not co-operating for the enquiry and the second respondent requires six months time https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.100 of 2015.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to co-operate with the enquiry and further the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.100 of 2015 before the Court concerned within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
