ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.10 of 2019, dated 21.07.2019 registered on the file of the first respondent police under Sections 120(b) nd 420 IPC, as against the petitioner herein.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would contend that the first respondent police, after elaborate investigation and examination of witnesses, filed charge sheet as per prima facie materials available as against the accused and thereby, this petition is liable to be dismissed.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the charge sheet in separate proceedings. He would further contend that the copy of the charge sheet may be served to him. 2/4

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor represented that the case is now posted for appearance of the accused and after appearance, the trial Court will furnish the copies as per procedures. 5.In view of the above submissions, the petitioner can approach the trial Court and after receipt of the copies, the petitioner can very well challenge the final report. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 31.07.2023 NCC :
