Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's application bearing No.1000118500 and bearing Enrolment No.2407749, made before the Tamil Nadu Uniformed Service Recruitment Board for the year 2019, based on the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Avtar Singh vs. Union of India and others reported in (2016) 8 SCC 471 and consequently direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner in the post of Fireman or Grade II Police Constables or Grade II Jail Warder.

4. At any rate, since the rejection order has been passed, nothing survives in this Writ Petition and the same stands dismissed. No costs.
