ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 341, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.52 of 2018 and seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners attacked the defacto complainant with shock weapons and caused injuries and threatened him with dire consequences. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. 4.Learned Government Advocate submitted that the injured is still in hospital.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

6.Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on executing a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rameshwaram or to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
