Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S. Muniyandi, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.Robinson, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD)No.1345 of 2020 in Crl.R.C.No.155 of 2020, dated 21.02.2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.1345 of 2020 in Crl.R.C.No.155 of 2020, dated 21.02.2020 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has strongly opposed to relax the condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the

learned counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.1345 of 2020 in Crl.R.C.No.155 of 2020, dated 21.02.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
