RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the order dated 03.03.2022 made in Crl O.P (MD) No. 4190 of 2022 has been passed by the Honble High court and report before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Ramanathapuram District 10.30 a.m instead of Inspector of Police, Kenikarai Police Station, Ramanathapuram at 10.30 a.m. So as to comply with the said condition.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. VISHNU.J., Advocate for the petitioners and M/S.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.4190 of 2022, dated 03.03.2022, wherein this petitioners were directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, Kenikarai Police Station, daily at 10.30 am for a period of one month and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are having life threat and hence, they may be directed to appear before the Ramanathapuram Town Police Station. 3.Considering the above, the petitioners are directed to appear https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

before the Inspector of Police, Ramanathapuram Town Police Station daily at 10.30 am, for a period of one month and thereafter, as and when required. All other conditions shall remain unaltered. 4.The Petition is ordered accordingly.
