This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent herein to register an F.I.R on the basis of the complaint dated 19.09.2016 lodged before the first respondent herein which had been forwarded to the second respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and closed. 4.In view of the above submission, the second respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the counsel for the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not furnished already to the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

action in accordance with law.
