This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records dated 06.04.2016 in Crime No. 190 of 2016 on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same as illegal and devoid of merits.

2. Mr.E.Mohan, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Anjugramam Police Station is present. When the matter was taken up for hearing, on instructions, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.190 of 2016 was completed and a charge sheet has been filed on 15.12.2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil, but the same has not been taken on file.
