ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- It is seen from the records that this Court has granted interim bail to the petitioners recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that they will settle 5 cents of land in favour of the children of the deceased and directed the Registry to post the matter after eight weeks and in case if the undertaking given by the petitioners are fulfilled, the interim bail can be made absolute.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that in pursuance of the undertaking, the petitioners have executed a settlement deed, dated 29.07.2020 in favour of K.Lakshitha and K.Visakan, the children of the deceased and also produced a copy of the settlement deed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
