ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to harass the 1/4
petitioner and his family members under guise of enquiry without following due process of law.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by one Noor Mohamed on behalf of third respondent herein, enquiry has been undertaken in CSR No.124 of 2023. During the course of enquiry, this petitioner did not appear, whereas the above said complainant namely Noor Mohamed appeared and gave a statement that he will workout his remedy through the Court.
3. The second respondent is directed to close the enquiry, since it is seen that in respect of the issue between the petitioner and the third respondent, proceedings are pending before the Officer of the Registration Department.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
