Respondent/Respondent Prayer :- This Petition filed Under article 226 of the Constitution of India to pass order to extend the time granted in WP (MD) No.3742/2024 dated 16.02.2024 for the balance amount of Rs.11,79,661.89 within further period of twelve weeks and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. Prayer in W.P.(MD) No.3742 of 2024:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 4th respondents impugned Panchanama dated 14.02.2024 and quash the same as devoid of merits, consequentially directing respondents No.
1 to 3 to direct the 4th respondent to stop their illegal coercive action of take possession of the petitioners business premises of M/S CSA Automobiles at Survey no. 71/1B and 71/1C, Door No.4, Sivagangai main road, Sathamangalam, Madurai - 625020 and permit him to continue the business by considering his representation dated 15.02.2024, within the period stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.
