ORDER

The petitioner, who is arrayed as Accused No.4 in Crime No.223 of 2016 on the file of the respondent, has come before this Court for a direction to the learned Juvenile Justice Board, Madurai to consider his bail application on the very same day.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that totally there are four accused in this case and accused Nos.1, 3 and 4 were surrendered and enlarged on bail. It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready to appear before the learned Juvenile Justice Board, Madurai and his bail petition may be considered on the same.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has no serious objection for ordering this petition.

4. Considering the facts, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered and the learned Juvenile Justice Board, Madurai, is directed to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the very same day.
