This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 11.09.2016 and investigate the case in accordance with law.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.
