ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside and modify the Judgment and decree passed in I.A.No.436 of 2018 in H.M.O.P.No.3 of 2016, dated 23.04.2019 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai.

2.On the last occasion, ie., on 07.09.2021, this Court directed the parties to be present on 17.09.2021. Complying with the said order, both the parties are present today.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect.

4.In view of the endorsement made in the petition by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the Family Court, Madurai is directed to dispose the case in HMOP No.3 of 2016, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, since the case was filed in the year 2016.
