C.M.P(MD)No.3868 of 2022 (Order of the Court was made by D. KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) The petitioners have filed the present Civil Miscellaneous Petition to permit them to withdraw 50% of the award amount along with accrued interest and costs.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are permitted to withdraw 25% of the deposited amount of their respective shares with proportionate interest, on filing a proper application before the Tribunal. The balance amount shall be deposited in the Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court Branch, Madurai, as a fixed deposit initially for a period of three years and renewable thereafter, till the disposal of the appeal. sd/- 20/01/2023 / TRUE COPY / /02/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
