ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to instruct the respondents 2 to 4 not to interfere the civil dispute on the complaint of the fifth respondent and consequently, forbearing the respondents from harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without any case.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and closed. He would further submit that the respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner.

4.In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate, there is no scope for harassment. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
