Today, Mr.I.Balan, Special Sub Inspector of Police, Rajakkamangalam Police Station, Kanyakumari and Mr.R.Murugesan, Special Sub Inspector of Police, Thiruppathur Police Station, Sivagangai, are present before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl. side) for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has given two addresses of the third respondent, namely, one in Kanyakumari District and the other in Thirupathur District and therefore, warrants were directed to both the Districts and enquiry conducted by both the police show that no such person was living in the said address given. Therefore, the police are directed to return the warrants with a report before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Judicial Magistrate, No.II, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, so that the learned Magistrate can proceed with the case.
