ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 2.The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 379 IPC r/w 21(1) of Mines and Minerals Development and Regulations Rules and Act, seeks anticipatory bail.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that no First Information Report has been registered against the petitioner. 4.Therefore, recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
