ORDER
The present review application has been filed by the 6th respondent in the writ petition seeking to review the order passed by this Court dated 18.09.2024, made in W.P(MD)No.17947 of 2023.
2.A perusal of the order reveals that the transfer order in favour of the 6th respondent has been quashed and a direction was issued to the authorities to accommodate the writ petitioner in the 4th respondent school. 3.The review application has been filed expressing grievances that some preference should be granted to the 6th respondent, in case of any further transfer order. When the order impugned in the writ petition was issued on the ground of administrative exigency, it is for the petitioner to approach the authorities seeking preference. Therefore, the question of reviewing the order passed by this Court does not arise.
4.With the above said observations, this Review Application stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
